Wouldn’t it be great to get paid for something we do everyday, often without even thinking about it?
An introduction to Voice Acting Class, offered through Comal Independent School District Community Education on Tuesday, November 3, will open the door to just that opportunity. During this two-and-a-half-hour non-credit class, students will learn what it takes to become a professional voice actor. From the basics of getting started all the way through working in the studio, recording a demo, and landing jobs, our expert will thoroughly introduce you to this exciting field. Class attendees will even have an opportunity to record a mock commercial under the direction of our producer. Regardless of your motivation, Getting Paid To Talk: Making Money with Your Voice is a great first step for anyone curious about professional Voice Acting.
Scheduled to present the class on Tuesday, November 3, at 6:30 PM at Smithson Valley High School is Voice Coaches producer Paul Greenberg, a career broadcast and voice acting professional.
Registration in advance is required and enrollment is limited to 20. For more information or to register before the enrollment deadline, call 830-221-2116. Class fee is $35.
